MET Regatta

Last weekend NUBC sent down the Women’s squad and some of our Blue Star Alumni; Hannah Cowie and Frances Russell from Tyne RC, to compete at Met Regatta. Once again we demonstrated as a squad the camaraderie, resilience and sportsmanship displayed by all of our athletes throughout the whole weekend, as our attention now turns to the much anticipated HWR and HRR.

Saturday:
- (A) W8+ -> 8th in A Final
- (B) W8+ -> 5th in C Final
- (New/Tyne) W4x- -> 4th in A Final
- W4x- -> 6th in B Final
- (New/Tyne) W4- -> 3rd in A Final
- W4- -> 2nd in E Final

Sunday:
- (A) W8+ -> 5th in A Final
- (B) W8+ -> 2nd in D Final
- W4x- -> 7th in A Final
- (New/Tyne) W4- -> 4th in A Final
- W4- -> 1st in C Final
