WINGFIELD SCULLS

Huge congratulations to Nathan O’Reilly and Lola Anderson for competing in the Wingfield Sculls this year, with special mention to Lola for continuing her flying winning streak by taking the W.

RACE TO THE DESERT

Alumni Chris Morahan, Stephen Feeney and Tim Clarke took on the 250k Ultra Marathon in the Wadi Rum Desert in October, raising money for two essential causes: Brain Tumour Research and Young Minds.
They managed to raise a whopping £23,000 in fundraising - enough to pay for 5 days of research at the Brain Tumour Research lab and 310 helpline support calls for distressed young people and/or their families via Young Minds.

GB Trials

We had 5 NUBC Alumni at GB Trials, who all performed exceptionally:

Fours Head

Although NUBC didn’t head down to the Tideway for the Fours head, we had a number of Alumni racing, who all performed exceptionally well.
